Canada — orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, then sent by overnight shipping. Heat packs are added during cold months.

United States — we obtain the required phytosanitary certificate within one week of your order. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days. If tariffs or import requirements change, we will notify you directly.

Because every plant is hand-selected and living, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your plant arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

Light — bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sun on the fronds.

Water — soak the mount thoroughly, then let it dry until light before watering again. Frequency depends on your humidity and airflow.

Humidity & air — staghorns thrive in 50–70% humidity with gentle air movement. Keep an eye on the growth point and never let it sit wet.
